Why Wait for Take-Out When You Can Have Luck Chen?!
I was visiting a friend a few months ago and tried the glorious Luck Chen instant noodles for the first time. We were out all day shopping and got back to her house completely famished. We both had been craving noodles, so I suggested we ordered take-out. Excited, we called in our order quickly canceling it after we were told it would be up to two hours before they could deliver it. I hung up phone and started whining about how hungry I was and I wanted was a nice hot bowl of noodles. Her eyes lit up and she scurried off to the kitchen and told me to stay put.
I waited for a few minutes and was thinking of all the weird things she was probably making. She’s not the best cook, so I was hoping it wasn’t her signature recipe of pasta and Italian dressing. All of the sudden, something caught my attention. It was a delicious scent of fresh ginger and then teriyaki, it was amazing! Shortly after, she came back into the living room with two steaming bowls in her hands. “Soy Ginger or Sesame Teriyaki?” she asked. I made my selection and asked her when she learned how to cook so well. She burst out laughing and told me she still didn’t cook, we’re eating Luck Chen instant noodles. That’s when I knew I would never order take-out again. Luck Chen noodles are everything I need!
